I'm a psychotherapist in private practice in Vancouver. I love holding space for people so they can grow, learn and develop, and I love how much I learn for myself in the process.

I am passionately interested in integral studies, particularly integral femininity.

I love to dance and to write. I love to goof around and lounge around. I also love rigorous intellectual inquiry.

I like to let the beauty of sensual, thoughtful art work on my soul. And I like to offer beauty, when I can, as a tribute to the beauty of the divine.

I enjoy hatha yoga so much that it takes almost no discipline to regularly show up in class. I simply want to go. Meditation is more work for me at this point.

I like to dive in with my entire body and allow my experiences to transform me.

My favorite things to do are to love, to laugh with others, and to learn.

I also recently realized that although I've always considered myself a non-sporty person. Some of my favorite things to do are sports, almost all individual sports–skiing and rock climbing. Recently I tried surfing so I'm adding that to my list too.
